Cancellation Policy
A deposit is due at the time of booking in the amount of 50% of the total service and will be applied towards your total due. I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment (meaning the remaining 50% not already paid on deposit). This policy has become necessary due to numerous recent no shows and set ups for clients that do not show or contact me to cancel on very short notice or even after their scheduled appointments. I will text and/or call you at your appointment time if you have not arrived. Once you are 15 min late I will charge the remaining 50%. Please text me and let me know if you are running late to your appointment. We can discuss if rescheduling is necessary.
